Relación entre gestión contable y liquidez en empresa mixta de servicios financieros hipotecarios en Lima-Perú Relationship between accounting management and liquidity in a joint venture providing mortgage financial services in Lima, Peru

La administración financiera y el manejo de efectivo son clave para la estabilidad y cumplimiento oportuno de obligaciones empresariales. El propósito del presente artículo fue determinar la relación entre la gestión contable y la liquidez en una empresa mixta de servicios financieros hipotecarios en Lima, Perú. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental, con alcance correlacional y enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal, que evaluó a 15 trabajadores, utilizando un cuestionario como instrumento. Los resultados indican que el 66.7% valoró la administración financiera como eficiente, aunque el control y calidad de reportes financieros mostraron debilidades. Se confirmó correlación moderada y significativa entre las variables estudiadas, destacando el impacto de los reportes. La solvencia es relativa, la gestión contable se relaciona significativamente con el flujo de efectivo y el pago de deudas, sin embargo, no se encontró asociación significativa con el cumplimiento de obligaciones y compromisos. Se recomienda optimizar controles, reportes y estrategias para mejorar la liquidez y sostenibilidad financiera.
Financial administration and cash management are essential for business stability and the timely fulfillment of obligations. This study examined the relationship between accounting management and liquidity in a joint venture providing mortgage financial services in Lima, Peru. A non-experimental, correlational design with a cross-sectional quantitative approach was employed. Fifteen employees were evaluated using a structured questionnaire. Results indicate that 66.7% of participants rated financial management as efficient, although weaknesses were observed in the control and quality of financial reporting. A moderate and significant correlation was found between the variables, highlighting the impact of reporting. Solvency is relative: accounting management is significantly associated with cash flow and debt repayment, but no significant association was found with compliance with obligations and commitments. The study recommends optimizing controls, reporting processes, and financial strategies to enhance liquidity and ensure financial sustainability.
